Genetic Variation Analysis of Wax Tree (Rhus succedanea L.) in Thailand by SCoT (Start Codon Targeted) Markers

The genetic variation study among 96 samples of wax tree (Rhus succedanea L.) was used five suitable primers of SCoT (Start Codon Targeted) markers, SCoT46, SCoT47, SCoT48, SCoT52 and SCoT55.  It could be generated 36 bands of 800 to 3,000 bp.  Thirty-four bands (94.44) were polymorphic.  Heterozygosity (H) ranged from 0.21 to 0.39 with the average of 0.28.  Polymorphic information ...
